We’ll be servin’ up some traditional New Orleans fare, complete with Jambalaya, Ooey Gooey Cake and SazeRicks, while Kidd Kyle and the Big Deal serve up some traditional funky NOLA brass jazz. Mardi Gras in Galway…it’s a thang!
